What Brand & Form collects through brandandform.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

01Who we are

Brand & Form is a web design, SEO and digital marketing studio based in Southwest Florida, USA. For anything about this notice or your information, email contact@brandandform.com.

02What we collect

When you send a brief through the form on our homepage, we receive what you type into it:

• your business name, what your business does, what you are looking for, your goals and your timeline;
• your email address;
• if you choose to add them: your current website, your phone number and any notes.

The form also has a hidden field that helps us filter out automated spam. It is meant to stay empty and holds nothing about you.

The “Run a free audit” box on the homepage is a demonstration. The web address you type into it stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

Like almost every website, our host automatically records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, your browser type, the pages requested and the time. These logs keep the site secure and working.

This site uses no advertising or analytics trackers. The form's bot check, run by Cloudflare, looks at technical details of your browser to tell people from automated spam.

03How we use it

We use what you send to read your brief, prepare a first concept and plan for your project, reply to you, and keep a record of our conversation. We contact you about your inquiry using the email address or phone number you gave us.

We will not add you to a newsletter or a sales sequence. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

04Who else handles it

Your brief is processed by these service providers, each only to provide its service to us:

• Anthropic (Claude), to draft website concepts from your brief;
• Google (Gemini and Veo), to generate video for premium concepts;
• Resend, to send email;
• Railway, which hosts our concept service;
• Hostinger, which hosts this website;
• Cloudflare, which protects the form from automated spam (bot protection).

We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

05How long we keep it

We keep briefs, and the emails around them, for up to 24 months after our last contact, or sooner if you ask us to delete it: just email contact@brandandform.com. If you become a client, we keep what we need for as long as we work together and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Our host keeps its technical logs for a short period.

06Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email contact@brandandform.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you live somewhere with its own privacy law, such as the EU, the UK or California, you have the rights that law gives you, and we will honor them.

07Keeping it safe

This site runs over HTTPS, so what you send through the form is encrypted on its way to us. Only the people who work on your brief can see it. No way of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.

08Children

This site is for businesses. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

09Where it is handled

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

10Changes

If we change this notice, we will update this page and the date at the top.
